As a Research Associate, Tatiana supports and leads research for middle and top management positions in the Health and Food industries.
After completing her Master’s degree at EMLYON Business School, Tatiana joined Synapse Executive Search in January 2025 as a Research Associate. Her experience in the Food Industry and in Strategic Management allows her to add value to each of the research projects she leads.
