About us

Following her academic training, a Master 2 in Intellectual Property and Communication Law, (Bordeaux IV) and a Specialized Master in Media, (University of Sussex – UK), Stéphanie joined a multidisciplinary Parisian law firm for two years, where she works on varied Intellectual Property and Copyright issues.

Eager to discover a more corporate environment, she joined TBWA agency (OMNICOM Group) in which she flourished for 10 years, as a Business Affairs Lawyer.

Attached to both the internal Production and the Group Legal Department, she endeavored to combine legal imperatives and operational issues. In addition to drafting contracts and conducting legal negotiations in French and English, her assignments lead her to identify talents for Advertisers and so naturally, she continues in this direction, joining the recruitment sector.

Within an international firm, Stéphanie devoted herself to legal, HR and tax profiles for various clients. During these 5 years, she learned how to successfully implement recruiting processes and had a team of 3 people in a “middle management” scope.

In 2021, wishing to pursue a new environment, Stéphanie joined Synapse Executive Search, a recruitment firm that advises and supports its clients in their transformation and in their search for management executives.
