Maxime joined Synapse in January 2022 following a Master’s degree in International Business & Economy at IESEG. He conducts recruitment searches for commercial professions.
He quickly progressed to the position of consultant and acquired expertise in real estate, particularly in the recruitment of real estate commercial positions. He manages and develops a pool of candidates covering the full territory and different types of assets.
