Mathieu Le Nir

Mathieu conducts search assignments for executive and high-potential roles in the professional services, high-tech and digital sectors. He also plays a lead role in our clients’ international search assignments.
Experiences
Prior to joining Synapse, Mathieu was a consultant in strategy and organisation at Bossard-Gemini Consulting. He went on to lead the IT and Professional Services division at Robert Walters, which he set up in 2003, before being appointed head of the firm’s Executive Search division. Mathieu also has corporate recruiting experience, from his previous role as Head of Recruitment at Eurodisney SCA. Mathieu is a graduate of HEC Paris and l’Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences-Po). He speaks English and French.
