Julie Deleau
Director
Julie has an international experience in large French luxury groups in the Perfumes & Cosmetics sector. She started at Guerlain in operational marketing before becoming an export area manager. She then joined Hermès Parfums to develop export activities in Europe. She was then appointed Managing Director of the UK subsidiary in London.
Motivated by a more entrepreneurial project and in search of agility, Julie joined a Swiss foundation that supports research in cognitive sciences. There, she develops human resources solutions focused on the development of employees in companies.
In recent years, Julie has trained as a career management consultant and therapist.
She joined Synapse as Director of the luxury, retail and consumer goods practice in France and Europe. She conducts executive searches for sales, marketing, export and e-commerce positions.
She also conducts consulting missions to optimize organizations and enhance human capital.
Julie is a graduate of EDHEC Business School.
