Charles-Antoine began his career in the consulting sector. For 10 years, working for Sia Partners, Colombus Consulting and then ConvictionsRH, he developed strong expertise in the field of human resources. His projects included organizational redesign, definition of HR master plans and implementation of HR Information Systems (HRIS) for medium-sized and large international groups.

After a short period in a minister’s office, from 2016 Charles-Antoine developed his skills in the management of complex international programs: in the Ingenico Group, for the French unicorn Voodoo, then at OVHcloud, where for 4 years he steered a major transformation program aimed at overhauling customer support at Group level.

Charles-Antoine joins Synapse as a Director in the Consulting practice. He conducts executive hunts for consulting firms and Tech players.

A graduate of EDHEC Business School and Sciences Po Paris, he also obtained his pastry qualification and the title of CPO (Chief Pastry Officer) at Synapse Executive Search.
