Candice Merlet
Director
Having previously worked for an executive search firm, Candice joined us in September 2024 as Director, specialized in the FMCG and consulting sectors.
After several years in strategy consulting and the FMCG sector, Candice took on the entrepreneurial challenge of creating her own maternity fashion brand for 7 years: Neuvième Ciel.
She sold her fast-growing company in 2023 to devote herself to executive search.
Always driven by this entrepreneurial spirit and passion for her new profession, it was an obvious choice for Candice to join Synapse Executive Search. She’s the right person to support executives in their search for talent (having been in that position herself).
Candice is a graduate of EM Lyon, part of the Grandes Ecoles programme.
